Money for Littleton schools caught in Colorado constitution tangle: new superintendent

The new superintendent of the Littleton Public Schools District, Brian Ewert, is visiting dozens of schools and community groups to talk about how the money available to spend onBrian Ewert_official_2015_0 students here is threatened by a tangle of factors, including Colorado’s easy-to-amend state constitution.

He also gave the name of two groups that parents can get involved with that are trying to fix the problem.
